At Archome AI ("we", "the platform"), we care about our users' privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and EU GDPR, how we use it, and your rights.

When you use our platform, we process the following data:
Account info: Full name, email address, password (stored hashed).
Usage data: Images you generate, projects, credit transactions, render history.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, visit date and time, log records.
Payment data: Payment processing happens through Iyzico infrastructure. We do not store your card details; they are processed securely by Iyzico directly.
We use collected data to create and manage your account, deliver the AI rendering service, complete payment transactions, secure the platform (bot and fraud detection), fulfill legal obligations, and improve service quality.
Your data is shared with these third-party providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Replicate (AI model processing), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (bot protection), and Iyzico (payment processing). These providers operate under data processing agreements. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising or marketing.
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days. Records required by law (e.g. payment records) are kept for 10 years under Turkish Commercial Code.
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, request deletion or destruction, request notification of these actions to third parties to whom data has been transferred, object to results obtained through automated analysis, and claim damages if you suffered loss due to unlawful processing.

We use SSL encryption, Row Level Security database policies, Cloudflare bot protection, rate limiting, and various technical security measures to protect your data. However, no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
