At Archome AI ("we", "the platform"), we care about our users' privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and EU GDPR, how we use it, and your rights.

When you use our platform, we process the following data:
Account info: Full name, email address, password (stored hashed).
Usage data: Images you generate, projects, credit transactions, render history.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, visit date and time, log records.
Payment data: Payment processing happens through Dodo Payments infrastructure. We do not store your card details; they are processed securely by Dodo Payments directly.
We use collected data to create and manage your account, deliver the AI rendering service, complete payment transactions, secure the platform (bot and fraud detection), fulfill legal obligations, and improve service quality.
Your data is shared only with the service providers that run the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (file storage for uploads and renders, bot protection), Vercel (hosting), Replicate and Google Gemini (AI image processing of the images and instructions you submit), Dodo Payments (payment processing), Brevo and Resend (account and service emails), and, only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google Analytics and Meta. These providers operate under data processing agreements. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising or marketing.
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days. Records required by law (e.g. payment records) are kept for 10 years under Turkish Commercial Code.
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, request deletion or destruction, request notification of these actions to third parties to whom data has been transferred, object to results obtained through automated analysis, and claim damages if you suffered loss due to unlawful processing.
To exercise these rights, email info@archome.store. Your request will be resolved within 30 days.
You can connect your Archome AI account to ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP-compatible assistant. A connection is created only with your explicit consent (signing in to Archome and pressing "Allow"). The assistant can see your name, email address, credit balance and render results, can start renders on your behalf and spend your credits. We do not see your conversation with the assistant; we receive only the request the assistant sends us (text instruction and image) and process and store it the same way as an action on our website.
You can remove a connection at any time in Settings > Connected assistants; access ends immediately. The assistant provider's own privacy policy (OpenAI, Anthropic) applies to data processed on their side.

We use SSL encryption, Row Level Security database policies, Cloudflare bot protection, rate limiting, and various technical security measures to protect your data. However, no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. The current version is always published on this page.
