By using Archome AI ("the platform") services, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform. The platform is operated by Archome AI.
Archome AI is a platform that offers AI-based architectural visualization tools. Users access tools such as interior rendering, exterior rendering, masterplan, landscape, sketch-to-render, style transfer, material swap, and video generation through a credit-based system.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for the security of your account (using a strong password, not sharing it). You are responsible for all actions taken with your account.
The platform operates on a credit system. Each tool consumes a set number of credits. Credits are added to your account after purchase. Used credits are non-refundable. For refunds on unused credits, contact info@archome.store within 14 days of purchase. Credits expire if not used within 12 months.
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502), the right of withdrawal for digital content ends when service delivery begins. If you have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days. Partial refunds for unused credits will be evaluated after any credit usage.
Images you generate on the platform belong to you. You may use them for commercial or personal purposes. However, the platform's software, design, logo, and content belong to Archome AI and cannot be copied or distributed without permission. You declare that you own the copyright to or have permission to use the images you upload. Copyright infringement claims can be reported to info@archome.store.
You may not use the platform to: produce illegal content, infringe on others' copyrights, create harassing, derogatory, racist, sexist, or hateful content, produce images of child abuse, impersonate others, attempt to disrupt the platform's infrastructure, use bots or automated tools, share a single account with multiple people, or sell accounts.
If a violation of these rules is detected, your account may be suspended or terminated without warning, and unused credits may not be refunded.
The platform aims to be accessible 24/7, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party service disruptions (Supabase, Replicate, Vercel, Cloudflare, Iyzico), or unforeseen technical issues. We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from such outages.
The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties as to the quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated images. Our liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount we have collected from you in the last 12 months.
You can close your account at any time through the settings page or by emailing info@archome.store. When your account is closed, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Unused credits are not refunded upon account closure.
We may update these terms. Users will be notified by email of material changes. Continuing to use the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
