Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller for personal data collected through the Archome AI platform is Archome AI. Contact: info@archome.store
On our platform, we will process identity data (full name), contact data (email), account data (hashed password, credit balance), usage data (generated images, projects, render history), technical data (IP address, browser info, logs), and payment data (transaction records processed through Iyzico). Your card details are not stored by us.
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of creating and managing your account, providing the AI rendering service, completing payment transactions, ensuring platform security (bot and fraud detection), fulfilling legal obligations, and improving service quality.
Your personal data is processed under KVKK Article 5 on the grounds of contract formation and performance, fulfillment of legal obligations, our legitimate interests, and your explicit consent where required.
Your data is shared with our service providers Supabase (database and authentication), Replicate (AI model processing), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (bot protection), and Iyzico (payment processing). Some of these providers are located abroad; transfers are made under data processing agreements as per KVKK Article 9. In case of legal obligation, data may also be shared with authorized public institutions.
Your personal data is collected electronically through automatic or partially automatic means during registration, login, and platform use, as well as through communication channels (email).
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. When your account is deleted, your personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days. Records under legal obligations (e.g. payment records) are kept for 10 years under Turkish Commercial Code.
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties (domestic or abroad) to whom data is transferred, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, request deletion or destruction, request that these actions be reported to third parties to whom data has been transferred, object to a result obtained through automated analysis if it harms you, and claim damages if you suffered loss due to unlawful processing.
To exercise the rights above under KVKK Article 13, send an application to info@archome.store from your registered email address with your full name, the subject of your request, and necessary details. Your request will be resolved free of charge within 30 days. If the action requires additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.
