There is nothing in the output that identifies the tool: no watermark, no corner logo, no metadata badge. What you deliver is a photograph, and it is yours to deliver under your own business name.
The licence is the part that matters legally. On a paid plan you hold a commercial licence covering client delivery, MLS and portal publication, brochures, social and paid advertising. The free trial does not carry it — the trial exists to judge output quality on one of your own photos, not to produce client work.
