What happens to my credits if I cancel?
You keep the credits you already paid for. Monthly plan credits stay usable until the end of the period you paid for, and one-time pack credits stay on the account after cancellation.
Cancelling a subscription stops the next charge; it does not empty your balance. The credits from the period you already paid for remain available until that period ends, so a cancellation on day three of a month does not cost you the other twenty-seven days.
One-time credit packs behave differently and more simply: they are a purchase, not a rental. Pack credits sit on the account and are not tied to a subscription, so cancelling a plan leaves them untouched. If you are an occasional user, buying a pack rather than subscribing is often the more sensible arrangement, and we would rather say so than sell you a subscription you use twice a year.
After a subscription ends the account reverts to the free tier — 100 free credits to start, personal-use licence. Renders you generated while on a paid plan keep their commercial licence; the licence attaches to the image at the moment it was created and is not revoked later.
Cancellation is self-serve from the billing page and takes effect at the end of the current period. There is no retention flow, no phone call and no offer you have to decline three times.
