I am a landlord — can I stage a rental listing or an empty unit?
Yes, and it is the same job as a sale listing: furnish the empty unit so a tenant can picture living in it. On a paid plan the commercial licence covers rental portals and your own listing pages.
Rental listings have the same empty-room problem as sales and less budget to solve it. Physical staging is never worth it for a rental; virtual staging is, because furnished photos hold attention longer than bare rooms and a unit that lets faster pays for a lot of software.
For a portfolio of similar units, keep one furnishing style across the whole building so the listings read as one professionally managed property. The geometry lock helps here too — each unit's real layout stays intact, so a prospective tenant is not surprised at the viewing.
Two practical rules. Disclose that images are virtually staged on the listing, exactly as you would for a sale. And check your local rental advertising rules, which in some markets are stricter than the sales equivalent about depicting a unit in a condition it is not in.
