Can I use the images on Zillow, Realtor.com and my brokerage site?
Yes, on any paid plan — the commercial licence covers MLS, portals, brokerage sites, brochures, social and paid ads. The free trial is personal evaluation only and does not carry it.
The licence is what separates the trial from a plan. On a paid plan the images are yours to publish commercially: MLS entry, Zillow and the other portals, your brokerage website, printed brochures, social posts and paid advertising. There is no per-image royalty and no separate publication fee.
The trial exists for one thing: judging output quality on one of your own photos before paying. It is a hundred credits once — three Ultra renders — for personal evaluation, and it does not renew. Publishing a trial image to a listing is outside the licence.
Portal rules are separate from the licence and they still apply. Portals and MLS boards expect staged or altered images to be labelled, and some require the original alongside. The licence gives you the right to publish; your board's rules govern how the image must be presented when you do.
