Two things happen to a plan you upload. First, AI reads it: walls, doors, windows and furniture become editable objects on the canvas — move a wall, swap a sofa, fix a door — and you can switch to a 3D view of the same plan at any time. Second, you render it: an apartment plan comes back as furnished, lit rooms; a building layout as a massing view; a site plan as a photorealistic aerial. The read plan is a draft to check against your drawing (scale comes from the building width you enter); the render is a presentation image, not a measured drawing.
Masterplans are the hardest thing to sell, because clients and committees struggle to read them. An aerial render of the same plan closes that gap in a single image.

Is the plan editable, or just an image?+
The read plan is editable: every wall, door, window and piece of furniture is an object you can drag, rotate, duplicate or delete, and the 3D view updates from the same data. You can export it as PNG, PDF or an Archome project file. It is not a DWG or RVT file.
Does it keep my site layout?+
The reading step traces the layout you uploaded — walls and rooms stay where you drew them, and anything the AI misread you can drag into place. The render step is different: it is a presentation image whose proportions follow the plan but are not measured. Compare it with the source drawing before you present it.
What input works best?+
A clean plan with clear line work, or an aerial viewport capture from your 3D model. Cluttered CAD drawings with heavy annotation give weaker results — export a clean version first.
