How do I render a floor plan inside ChatGPT?
Install the Archome AI app from the ChatGPT plugin directory, sign in to your Archome account, then ask ChatGPT to render your image. It returns a photorealistic render in about 30 seconds. How do I set it up?
- Add the app from the store. Open the Archome AI listing in ChatGPT (or search for “Archome” under Plugins) and press Install. Developer mode is not needed.
- Connect your account. Sign in to Archome in the window that opens, or create a free account, and press Allow. You can disconnect any time in Settings → Connected assistants on archome.ai.
- Create your first render. In a new chat, pick Archome from the tools menu and ask, for example: “Render this floor plan as a furnished Scandinavian apartment, top-down view.” Attach the image or give ChatGPT a link to it.

How much does it cost?
The connection itself is free. Renders use the same credits as the tools on archome.ai. You buy credits on archome.ai/pricing, never inside the chat. A Fast render takes about 30 seconds.

Questions
What happens when my credits run out?
ChatGPT replies that you are out of credits and points you to archome.ai. You cannot pay inside ChatGPT. Top up on archome.ai/pricing, then continue the chat.
Where are my renders saved?
Every render is saved to your Archome account with a share link, so you can open it later on archome.ai.
Does it work in Claude too?
Yes. Archome uses one connector address, so it also works in Claude. See the Claude setup page.
What file types can I use?
JPEG, PNG or WebP images, up to 10 MB. For a PDF plan or a CAD file, export or screenshot it as an image first.
Is my data private?
The assistant only gets access after you press Allow, and it can only use your own Archome account. You can revoke access any time in Settings → Connected assistants.
Do failed renders cost credits?
No. Credits are reserved when a render starts and refunded automatically if it fails.
Do I need a paid plan?
No. A free account includes 100 credits, which is 3 renders, with no credit card. Video needs a paid account.
