About
Archome AI
What it is
Archome AI is an AI-assisted visualization platform for people who get paid for property and design work: real estate agents and brokerages, real estate photographers, remodelers, house flippers, landlords, and architecture and interior practices. It renders what already exists, a listing photo, a sketch, a floor plan or a model view, in about 30 seconds, keeping the real geometry of the space.
What it does
- Virtual staging and object removal for listing photos.
- Interior and exterior rendering from a photo, sketch to render.
- Plan & Render: a browser floor plan editor that reads an uploaded plan into editable walls, doors, windows and furniture, then renders it.
- Short video clips from a single render, 4K upscaling, and plugins for SketchUp, 3ds Max and Revit.
Where it comes from
The foundations were laid in 2020. The research and development since then has been informed by input from architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, property photographers and software developers. The longer version is in our story.
How it is priced
Archome is a paid product with a free trial: a new account gets 100 credits once, no card, which covers three renders. Paid plans start at $29 per month and one-time credit packs at $15; every paid plan carries a full commercial licence. Details on the pricing page.
Honest limits
Renders are visual studies, not construction documents. Dimensions in the floor plan editor are not authoritative. Virtually staged images must be disclosed where listing rules require it, and nothing on this platform alters the permanent features of a property. Our guide to disclosure rules explains what that means in practice.
